I am 100% satisfied with Max’s inspections. We had phrase two and three inspections. I didn’t realize there was a phrase one. I would recommend getting all three done. Even before the inspection and after the inspection, he is clear when answering questions and easy to get in contact with. The reports are easy to read and he includes pictures which made them easy to follow. He even helped me understand some of the building processes since I am not knowledgeable on this topic. He answered all of my questions about the building and the home. This helped me feel more at ease and knowledgeable when speaking with my builder. In the last inspection, he found a leak that I would have never seen during my walk-through with the builder. This could have damaged my home. This is just one of the many things he was able to bring to my attention. I am soo happy and I will be reaching out again in a year for the follow-up inspection.

Mr. Henson was a pleasure to deal with from the first phone call to the delivery of final write-up. He explained everything in great detail, at the house and on the write-up. We are recommending him to friends, family and realtor!!!! Thanks Max !!!!!
